From Raleigh: Take I-40 to Exit 298A towards Garner/Fayetteville. Continue on 401 for 11.4 miles. Take a left onto Rt. 55 and continue for 5.7 miles. Adams, Howell & Sizemore, P.A. is located in a brick building along Rt. 55 on the left.

From Raleigh: Take I-40 to I-440 S. I-440 S becomes US-1 S. Take exit 99 and turn left onto SE Cary Parkway. Adams & Howell is located less than a mile down the road inside Parkway Professional Park. Turn right into the complex, and Adams, Howell & Sizemore, P.A. is located around the back of the first building on the left sideways to the road.
