| Adams, Howell and Sizemore, P.A. was founded by S. Todd Adams and originally opened its doors for business in October 1998 at 728 N. Raleigh St. in Angier, North Carolina under the name Adams Law Office. The firm started as a general practice and migrated toward concentrating in Real Estate Law because of the demand in the area for such legal services. In April 2002, Currie Tee Howell joined the firm as an associate attorney after working as a full time law clerk at the firm since July 2000. Mr. Howell helped diversify the firm by growing the existing District Court Practice, along with the existing areas of Wills and Estates, and Corporations. Adams Law Office, P.A. opened a fully-staffed second location at 251 Keisler Drive, Cary, North Carolina in October 2003, where Mr. Adams was the managing attorney, allowing Mr. Howell to become the managing attorney in the Angier Office. In January 2004, Mr. Howell became a partner in the practice, and Adams Law Office, P.A. became known as Adams & Howell, P.A. |

The firm also added an associate in April 2005, Jonathan T. Sizemore, who had been a law clerk for the firm since May 2003. Mr. Sizemore was hired to work in the Cary Office and to focus on the real estate practice. In January 2007, Mr. Sizemore became both the managing attorney and an equity partner in the firm’s Cary Office. Mr. Sizemore has since extended his practice areas to include Collections and Personal Injury Law. After 4 ½ years at the same Cary location, Adams and Howell, P.A. moved its Cary Office to 940 SE Cary Parkway, Suite 102 in April 2008. In January 2010, Adams & Howell, P.A. changed its name to Adams, Howell & Sizemore, P.A. to reflect Mr. Sizemore's ascension to partner. The cliché of “Rome was not built in a day” certainly applies to Adams, Howell & Sizemore, P.A., but after 11 years of hard work, long hours, and personal sacrifices, we feel that our firm has achieved success in establishing a law firm that consistently meets both our personal and our clients’ goals.
